With 25 years of experience under the belt of its top management, Aspiras continues to grow from strength to strength by expanding its operation to Kuala Lumpur, Melaka and Penang while maintaining its strong presence in Johor with 92 hardworking staffs and 37 projects

ASPIRAS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. (formerly known as HBA Property Management & Consultancy Sdn. Bhd.) is a fully owned Private Limited Company which was incorporated under the Companies Act 2016. Aspiras was formed on 23 March 2014 and was granted license to provide strata management services by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia. Our main business is to provide strata management services to residential and commercial estates in Malaysia
